Accidental Metabolic Window Discovery

Earlier this year, I decided to play around with IF (intermittent fasting) for a couple of months on the run up to a holiday. There were a number of reasons I did this but it was mainly to learn about this method and to see if it actually worked, of course if it did then I’d have lost some body fat to run around topless on holiday, win!

The previous month I intentionally gained body fat to test out another theory so was keen to see how quickly I could lose it again. Now I’ll spare you the details of my thoughts on IF for another post, but in the time that I did it, I stumbled across a more important theory, a theory the internet warriors rage on about constantly and seem to have quite an obsession over. Supplements I Recommend

Due to a number of recently posts on Facebook regarding this subject I thought it would be best to compile them together as one post to make it easier.

Like pretty much anyone who has trained, I’ve tried my fair share of supplements in the belief that they’re going to improve performance, recovery and results and to get some of them muscle gains (No matter who you are, any guy wants muscles, right?).  And like most people, I’ve spent a hell of a lot of money of pursuing these goals and so I’ve compiled a list of supplements that I’ve found to actually be of some benefit to the cause.  Now remember, these are only what have worked for me, some people might say different or have more suggestions, if so, please drop a comment below or through Facebook & Twitter.
